Please note that we ship all orders from our warehouse Monday through Friday. All orders are usually shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days (M-F) of the purchase date. If an order is placed after 1PM Eastern Time on Friday, it will be shipped the following week. If ordering Next Day Shipping before 1PM Eastern Time, the order will be shipped that same day.

Please note that processing time may take longer during the holiday season and during specific sales and promotions.   

 For all custom items please allow 3-5 weeks from the order date (this does not include delivery time) for the item to ship.

USPS International Shipping - $40.00

 Any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country.  The agency will notify the recipient either by mail, phone, or email to pay these charges, so that the shipment can continue to its destination. We have no control over this and are not responsible for any additional fees.

 Once we prepare your package for shipping, we will hand it off to a third party courier, In the case that your package is lost or stolen in transit or upon arrival, Queen Of Posh DOES NOT take responsibility for it. All claims must be made through the carrier your package was shipped with.

 Return Policy

Unfortunately, we currently do not accept any returns or exchanges. Our shipping department double checks every product and carefully packs every order to make sure you receive your order in its best condition. We are not responsible for orders damaged by shipping carriers.
